WHAT PEOPLE SAY
I first came along to the group sessions because I’d seen clips on YouTube and thought it looked cool. I kept coming back because the instructors and participants were all so welcoming – I really felt part of the bar-familia straight away!
Since completing the instructor course I do bodyweight training with all of my clients. They love the results it brings them and I love the flexibility it gives me as I can train them anytime, anywhere.
